GPU Mining Fundamentals
A two-weekend classroom course for first-time miners who want grounded instruction before buying a full set of cards.
Who it is for
Adults in Thailand who have read online guides but have never seated a mining GPU, set a pool worker, or measured wall power on their own. No prior hardware assembly experience is required. Comfort with basic computer use is enough.
Result you work toward
By the second Sunday you can explain your own power budget, choose a pool and wallet with care, run a first tune on a school card with instructor oversight, and leave with a written plan for a home build that fits your room and circuit.
What is included
- Four half-day sessions across two weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

- Purchase of GPUs, frames, or power supplies
- Hosting or electricity for a home rig

How the weekends run
- Saturday one — Mining vocabulary, hash rate vs. wall watts, and a live demo on two school cards.
- Sunday one — Wallets, pool selection, worker naming, and safe login practice on training accounts.
- Saturday two — Heat, fan curves, apartment noise, and cable basics on an open frame.
- Sunday two — Guided first tune, note-taking for home, and Q&A on your parts shortlist.
Class size is capped so each student gets bench time. Exact dates appear on the class schedule.
Provider, place, and preparation
Classes are led by Web Grovecore Hash School instructors at 363 Mungkorn Road, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10100, Thailand. Sessions run in English with Thai clarification available during hands-on blocks.
Bring a notebook, a charged laptop if you have one, and any photos of the room where you plan to place a future rig. Wear closed shoes for the workshop floor. We provide meters, risers, and school GPUs.
Price basis
Tuition is charged per student for the full two-weekend sequence. Current figures sit on the rates page. A seat deposit holds your place; the balance is due before the first Saturday.
