Refunds, cancellations, and deposits
Rules for GPU mining classes, workshops, coaching, and consults at Web Grovecore Hash School.
Eligibility overview
Refunds apply to tuition and session fees paid directly to Web Grovecore Hash School. They do not cover hardware you buy elsewhere, travel, or lodging.
Timeframe for full refunds
Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first scheduled class day for a full refund of tuition paid, including the seat deposit. Coaching and consult appointments canceled at least 48 hours ahead receive a full refund of the session fee.
Partial refunds
Cancellations received between 13 and 7 days before a multi-day class start may receive a 50% refund of tuition. Within 6 days of start, tuition is non-refundable except when we cancel the intake.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials already prepared for a named student after the final confirmation email, and private coaching hours already delivered, are non-refundable.
When we cancel
If Web Grovecore Hash School cancels a class, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a later intake with open seats.
Rescheduling
One complimentary transfer to a later Fundamentals intake is allowed if requested at least 7 days before your original start and if seats remain. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee stated in your confirmation.
Deposits
Seat deposits secure your place and are applied toward tuition. Deposits follow the same refund timeline as tuition unless a confirmation email states otherwise for a specific promotion.
No-shows
Missing a session without prior notice counts as a no-show. No-shows are not refunded. Partial attendance of a multi-day class does not create a pro-rata refund once the first day has begun.
Work already started
Once a coaching hour or consult has begun, that session fee is earned in full. For Fundamentals, after Saturday one begins, remaining days are not refunded individually.
Purchased materials
The school does not sell take-home GPU kits. Any optional printed packet included in tuition is covered by the class refund rules above.
Refund process and timing
Email info@web-grovecore.click with your full name, class name, dates, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
